Official Academy Mascot

Our official Academy Mascot

Mimi
Mascot

Finally, no team is complete without Mimi, our official Academy Mascot. Often seen sporting a custom Taekwondo dobok, Mimi serves as our Chief of Morale, providing vital emotional support and "pawsitive" energy to the team. While Mimi stays focused on her own training at home and won't be attending the dojang in person, she provides constant mental support to our Academy and remains the Academy's number one fan!

Safety and safeguarding are the cornerstones of our academy. Our lead instructor is fully insured, enhanced DBS checked, and a qualified First Aider with specialised training in safeguarding awareness for both children and adults. South Thames Taekwondo Academy strictly adheres to all of the British Taekwondo Council (BTC) Safeguarding policies and procedures. Whether training at St Alban’s Church or YMCA in Dartford, you can be confident that your child is in a secure, professional environment dedicated to their personal and athletic excellence.
